How long does it take? What about employee confidentiality? How do we connect?
The period of consultancy can be anywhere from a few hours of conversation to address an acute issue to a period of a few weeks to help with planning and strategy. Sessions can be held in person, over the phone or virtually. Employee confidentiality is always a priority as we uphold human rights and labour legislation, and information is kept in the strictest confidence.
Mary Ann knows the field of workplace mental health inside and out. As chair of the Technical Committee that developed the National Standard of Canada on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, she helped establish a management system that prevents psychological harm to employees.
With years of experience and wide-reaching insights, and with a warm and supportive manner, Mary Ann will listen and consult with the highest level of expertise and deepest passion for improving the life of employees in the workplace.
