We understand that every organization has unique needs and challenges. We design our strategy to address your specific requirements in the areas of workplace mental health, psychological health and safety, leadership strategies, resolving conflict, and team building. In our discovery call, we ask you how you want participants to think or behave differently as a result of our work and how you will measure success. This allows us to develop an approach that aligns with your goals and objectives.

Workshop Formats

Custom Webinar

Webinars can be anywhere from 45-minutes to a full-day. Our recommendation is no more than 1.5 hours without a break.

A webinar can be accessed by employees wherever they are located and we can address their questions in real time.

Custom Workshop

A custom workshop is facilitated in-person at a location provided by your organization and can range from 1-hour to a full-day. The number of participants is only limited by your venue. We recommend participants seated in groups of 3-5 to encourage interaction and engagement.

Bespoke Program

Our team of experts works closely with you to build a customized program that aligns with your organization’s culture, values, and resources. We ensure the strategies and interventions we teach are practical, actionable, and applicable for your specific context.

Leader Onboarding

We support new leaders as they create an environment where their team members can optimize their energy and focus on the task at hand. A combination of training and coaching successfully prepares your leaders with less risk to their own well-being.

  • Audience: People leaders, employees, union reps

    Effective Conflict Resolution

Addressing conflict through traditional mediation does not always result in resolution. In fact, it sometimes does not even result in a truce. The process that we use to resolve conflict among employees or teams results in an agreement about a new way of interacting going forward. Let us teach this approach to all of your employees and cut down on the issues that need to be escalated.

  • Audience: People leaders, employees, union reps

    Workload Balance

Workload stress is less about the quantity of work, and more about the overwhelm workers feel. Teaching leaders to maximize employee performance without sacrificing their well-being. The focus is on strategies and tools leaders can leverage to help employees manage their workload. Leaders will learn how to engage their team to optimize their energy and focus at work.
